Return Policy

When returning your item/s please include:

  • The packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem was
  • Lingerie tops only may be returned for exchange ONLY.
  • The bottoms may be replaced if defective by manufacturer only.
  • There are no refunds, exchanges ONLY!  For your protection and the protection of others, all adult toys are not returnable or refundable at all. IT IS ALSO THE LAW
  • Once the movie(s) has been opened it is not refundable or returnable.
  • Before returning your item, you must email us why you're returning the item and receive an RA# (Return Authorizaton) Do not return without this number.

Refunds/Exchange for malfunctioned items

  • Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
  • Credit card refunds will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle or, in the case of online banking, should appear in your account within 10 business days.

Returning Sex Toys

  • Oils and lubricants may not be returned or exchanged.
  • In order to receive an exchange item, please send item back to address shown in return label and include a letter stating what was found wrong with the item.
  • We are not responsible for shipping charges for exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
  • Any toy that is used in an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as our customer’s protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.
  • We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.

Returning Clothing

  • Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as our customer’s protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.
  • We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.

Returning videos/DVDs

  • Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken.
  • You may return unopened videos for up to ten (10) days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value.
  • We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened.
Before you return any item, we must issue you an RA# (Return Authorization), so please email us at returns@eroticallysexy.com.

We absolutely enjoy and appreciate your business and for recommending our online store to everyone you know, but it is very important for you to understand that we don't take back toys, lingerie or other items on our site that touches very sensitive parts of your body. If we took your item back then that would mean we probably took back an item from someone else and you wouldn't want that item sold back to you. We do this for the simple fact that this is for health and safety reasons and we really do care about you.
